Integrated Operations are a comprehensive organisational change in the oil and gas industry and organisational changes are always challenging. The industry has pointed out that technology is no longer the challenge; the challenge is related to collaboration, communication and the mindset of people. Resistance toward change is an important issue. The IO mindset concept is abstract and not easy to define or describe. In the work covered by this report a rather pragmatic approach was chosen. We have focused on development and description of relevant methodologies covering human aspects of the changes introduced by IO.
