Abstract

The present report is intended to contribute to the on-going debate about how to delineate an IO team. The attributes of an IO team suggested in the report may be used to refine the debates and as a basis for distinguishing more and/or new attributes. The next step will be to obtain feedback on the proposal for how to delineate an IO team, and to use these, in combination with insights gained from the work of identifying challenges and prospective solutions to IO teamwork, to continue to refine the conceptualization of an IO team.
