The IO MTO method has been extensively used by Norwegian operators for IO implementation projects. This handbook tries to capture some of the experience that has been gained through those projects and turn it into a form that is usable without too much support. The handbook is organised according to the phases of the IO MTO method, and is designed to be used as a practical reference as you carry out each of the phases. The chapters contain paragraphs explaining the details of the phase, tips on change management related to the phase, as well as illustrative examples, tables and figures.
